I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Home Ipericus in Ypres. The location was excellent, with easy parking nearby and the town center within walking distance. The host was charming and gave us great advice on exploring the area. The apartment itself was bright and sunny, with comfortable rooms and blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. I loved the addition of an LP record player, which was a unique touch. The apartment was well-stocked with towels, and there was even tea and coffee provided. Ypres is a lovely town with plenty to see and do, especially for young teenagers. I highly recommend staying at Holiday Home Ipericus for a delightful and enjoyable experience.

Title: A Family-Friendly Holiday Home in Beautiful Ypres
For dads, it would be great if there were some more bath towels provided. With three adults staying for five nights, four towels weren't really enough.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my 88-year-old father. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center, Menin Gate, and the Ramparts. Parking on the street was convenient and easy. Bernard, the owner, was fantastic - knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. He gave us discount vouchers, recommended great places to eat, and even left us local beers in the fridge. The house itself was beautiful, modern, and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I cannot recommend Bernard's place enough.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
